The hotel is located close to the village center, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The outdoor terrace is a perfect spot for enjoying a drink and the traditional restaurant is cozy. We loved the authentic architectural elements on the outside. The professional waiter in the restaurant and the basic breakfast were also good points.

The room was basic, with outdated furniture and a shower. The area was not soundproof, making it hard to sleep.

This hotel's location is convenient, as it is located close to the bus station, pedestrian area, and city centre. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with new and comfy bathrooms. the staff is friendly and welcoming, attending quickly and efficiently to any issues. Visitors can enjoy a good variety of coffee options and a beautiful 18th-century building with views.

Some of the personnel were below average, which resulted in unpleasant interactions with guests.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city centre and had good transportation options. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. For the price we paid, we got great value at Hotel Tri Ruze. The room was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a good and quiet location. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

The view from the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. the hotel is very close to the bus station and easy to find. the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast was very poor. the hotel lacked options for vegetarians and the quality of food served was not great.
